PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "PD") carried out by the individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") when users use the antro.pro website.

1.2. The Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection" and clarifications of the National Personal Data Protection Center.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We process PD for:

  1. Registration and maintenance of a personal account.
  2. Creating an anthropometric profile of a child or adult.
  3. Conducting calculations and analyzing predisposition to sports.
  4. Displaying reports and dynamics.
  5. Technical support of the website.
  6. Improving service quality (anonymous analytics).
  7. Responding to user inquiries.
  8. Fulfilling obligations established by legislation.

5. Legal Grounds for PD Processing

  • user consent;
  • consent of the child's legal representative;
  • execution of the user agreement (contract);
  • legitimate interests of the Operator (site security);
  • compliance with legislative requirements.

6. Processing of Children's Data

6.1. Basis for Processing

We process children's data only provided that the data is entered by their legal representative.

6.2. Minors cannot:

  • independently create an account;
  • independently enter data;
  • independently give consent.

6.3. Responsibility of the Legal Representative

The parent / guardian confirms that:

  • they are the legal representative of the child;
  • the data is entered in the interests of the child;
  • they consent to its processing;
  • they bear responsibility for the accuracy of the information entered.

6.4. Additional Protection Measures

We ensure an increased level of protection for the data of minors and do not transfer it to third parties, except in cases established by law.


7. Procedure and Conditions for PD Processing

  • PD is stored on a secure server.
  • Passwords are hashed.
  • Data transmission is carried out via HTTPS.
  • Access is limited only to the Operator and authorized technical persons.

8. Storage Terms

  • until account deletion;
  • until consent withdrawal;
  • cookie — 1 day to 1 year;
  • backups — according to technical regulations.

9. Rights of the User and Parent

The user and the legal representative of the child have the right to:

  • receive information about the data;
  • make changes;
  • delete data;
  • withdraw consent;
  • request a copy of the data;
  • send an inquiry: support@antro.pro.

10. Transfer of PD to Third Parties

Permitted only to:

  • hosting provider (technical access);
  • government bodies if there are grounds.

Marketing, advertising, transfer to statistical or advertising networks is not carried out.


11. Policy Regarding Children

We allow the entry of personal and anthropometric data of children from 6 years old only by parents or legal representatives.

Minors cannot use the site independently.

In case of doubts about representation, the Operator has the right to request confirmation.


12. Changes to the Policy

The Policy may be updated, the new version is published on the website.
