USER AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The antro.pro website is an information service that provides tools for entering anthropometric data, analyzing physical development indicators, and forming individual recommendations.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. Access to the website, registration, data input, or other use constitutes acceptance of the Agreement.

1.3. If You do not agree with the terms, You must immediately cease using the website.

2. SERVICE STATUS

2.1. Antro.pro is not a medical service, does not provide medical services, does not make diagnoses, does not perform medical diagnostics, and does not replace doctor consultations.

2.2. All information, calculations, reports, and recommendations of the service are for informational and reference purposes only.

2.3. The User undertakes to apply the recommendations solely at their own discretion and risk.

3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT

3.1. Full use of the website's functionality requires registration of a personal account.

3.2. Upon registration, the User must provide: email address; password; other data if necessary.

3.3. The User is responsible for all actions performed through their account.

3.4. The User undertakes not to transfer their authorization data to third parties.

4. DATA INPUT: ADULTS AND MINORS

4.1. The User may input: a) their own data; b) data of minors, if they are a parent or legal representative.

4.2. Minors (persons under 16 years of age) cannot create an account and input data independently.

4.3. By inputting a child's data, the User thereby confirms that: they are the legal representative; they are inputting the data in the child's interest; they give consent to their processing.

4.4. The Operator has the right to restrict access if doubts arise regarding representation.

5. ANTHROPOMETRIC DATA

5.1. The User may input the following data: height, weight; limb lengths; circumferences (waist, chest); pulse; additional measurements.

5.2. This data is processed strictly for: calculations; report generation; visualization of dynamics; comparison with standards.

5.3. Anthropometric data are not transferred to third parties, are not used for advertising, and are not considered biometric.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

6.1. Provide accurate data.

6.2. Not attempt to violate or circumvent the website's security mechanisms.

6.3. Not use the website for unlawful purposes.

6.4. Not upload or distribute malicious data.

6.5. Not use the website commercially without the Operator's written consent.

7. OPERATOR OBLIGATIONS

7.1. Process data in accordance with Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z.

7.2. Ensure the security of Personal Data (PD).

7.3. Not transfer data to third parties without justification.

7.4. Take measures to protect minors.

7.5. Respond to requests from PD subjects.

8. USER RIGHTS

8.1. Receive information about their data and the child's data.

8.2. Correct data.

8.3. Delete data.

8.4. Withdraw consent.

8.5. Delete the account.

8.6. Send a request to support@antro.pro.

9. TERMS OF LIABILITY

9.1. The Operator is not responsible for: incorrectly entered data; results obtained in reports; consequences of independent interpretation of indicators; equipment malfunctions, software issues, or connection problems.

9.2. The Operator is not responsible for the User's actions when utilizing the recommendations (training, loads, dietary changes, etc.).

9.3. The Operator does not guarantee that the service will operate without errors or interruptions.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1. All elements of the website (design, texts, calculation algorithms, interfaces, logos) are objects of intellectual property.

10.2. The User is not entitled to copy, distribute, modify, or use the website materials without the Operator's written permission.

11. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

11.1. Personal Data (PD) processing is carried out in accordance with the antro.pro Personal Data Processing Policy.

11.2. The User expresses consent to PD processing upon registration and use of the website's functions.

11.3. Processing of a child's data requires the consent of the legal representative.

12. MINOR DATA PROCESSING (Special Extended Section)

12.1. Antro.pro allows the input and processing of anthropometric data of minors aged 6 and older exclusively by parents/guardians.

12.2. By inputting a child's data, the User confirms: their legal relationship with the child, that they are acting in the child's best interest, that they are aware of the scope and purposes of processing.

12.3. The Operator processes minor data only for: calculations; providing recommendations; displaying reports; visualizations.

12.4. The Operator ensures a heightened level of protection for minor data.

12.5. Minors cannot interact with the website independently.

13. DATA DELETION PROCEDURE

13.1. The User can delete their data and the child's data independently or by sending a request to support@antro.pro.

13.2. After deletion: data is canceled from the database; backup copies are deleted according to the technical regulations.

14. ACCESS RESTRICTION

misuse of the service;

violation of the terms of the Agreement;

attempted hacking;

providing false information about the representation of a child.

15. AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

15.1. The Operator has the right to amend the Agreement.

15.2. The new version comes into effect from the moment of publication on the website.

15.3. Continued use of the website signifies consent to the amendments.
